Tunnock Consulting Ltd. provides municipal planning services to communities across Ontario. Our two land use planners have experience in providing professional planning advice and services in all corners of both northern and southern Ontario. We also have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of planning challenges, including urban and rural development, residential development, agriculture, environmental planning, natural resources, economic development, community improvement, heritage, health and safety, and healthy living. We specialize in providing services to municipalities such as official plans, zoning by-laws, community improvement plans, development review, public consultation and conflict resolution.

Glenn Tunnock, Senior Planner, MPA, RPP (gtunnock@tunnockconsulting.ca)
Glenn has over 25 years as a practicing planner in Canada. He has prepared over 60 Official Plans and Zoning By-laws and has provides services to over 150 municipalities across Ontario. Glenn has also been involved in several groundwater studies across Ontario in the provision of technical and public consultation services. David Welwood, Planner, B.A., B.Ed., M.E.S. (Planning) (dwelwood@tunnockconsulting.ca)
David is a graduate of York University's Masters in Environmental Studies (Planning) program. Since joining Tunnock Consulting in 2010, David has had the opportunity to provide planning assistance to municipalities throughout Ontario in the review of consent applications, official plan and zoning by-law amendments, and the interpretation of official plans and zoning by-laws. David has also prepared a community improvement plan, conducted research on groundwater and source protection areas and has developed guidelines for the processing of applications for client municipalities. David has attended numerous planning conferences in Canada and the United States, and has recently written two articles which appeared in the Ontario Planning Journal. View David's CV.
